Attendance fees and surcharges are fully refundable if cancellation is advised by phone 2 hours prior to an appointment. By providing this cancellation notice, you allow other patients to be seen. 

Cancellation fee is charged if an appointment is cancelled upon arrival of the Sonographer at the arranged address. This fee equals the attendance fee and any surcharge, up to $199. If you fail to give 2 hour's notice of a cancellation and do not attend the confirmed appointment, a cancellation fee of the invoiced amount is due, up to $199. Cancellation fees are not eligible for Medicare rebates or other benefits.  

This organisation has been granted an extension of time to upload diagnostic imaging reports to My Health Record.  Your results will continue to be sent to your treating doctor or clinician as normal. During this extension period, some diagnostic imaging reports may be uploaded to My Health Record and some may not. If you would like more information, please contact us directly.
